I noticed she was wearing those plastic/latex gloves as she's picking them out of the bucket. Makes it seem like she's done this many times. :(

Not even going to click on the link, it will just disgust me and further my proof that we should be eliminated as a species as we provide zero benefit to the earth's ecosystem.

I'm not morally opposed to euthanizing unwanted animals humanely. Animals can be drowned humanely even, if done at a very young age (just after birth, and probably depends on species.) Chucking them into a river like that doesn't qualify as humane.

I am not opposed to euthanasia either. Many years ago when I was growing up in rural Quebec our dalmatian got a litter and we could not keep them or give them away. Dad picked up the pups, put them in a cloth bag with a brick and went to the river and threw them in. He did this at night in a remote deserted spot. Why he took me with him, Ill never know. To toughen me up I guess. Dad was never one to abuse animals and he certainly did not enjoy doing this but sometime you have to do unpleasant things.

I don`t think it compares to this video where this girl is obviously enjoying this.

You guys are about as fucked up in the head as this girl, if not more. Killing a human over some fucking puppies..give me a fucking break you PETA tard.

so do you thrive on being a worthless piece of shit or does it come naturally?

Humans (and probably some species of apes or monkeys) are about the only animals that kill and torture for fun, sport, or just because.

Actually Orcas, and I believe dolphins, do it also. Saw a show with Orcas chasing down a humpback whale mother and calf then holding down and drowning the calf just for the lulz.

True that.

Kill/Abuse an animal and it's pretty much consequence free.
Kill/Abuse another human - and you go to jail.

Yeah they're on /b. You just have to click through the pages and look at the image or read the first post. Interesting topics last a few hours and get ~200+ posts, everything else gets bumped to the next page until it's gone.

Despite what most people think, killing animals does not actually violate moral consistency in any way, rationalized morality is designed to protect people and only people. While I am equally outraged by the video as everyone else, keep in mind that this person's actions would be akin to something like a property crime rather than murder or torture.

Laws about animal cruelty are luxuries afforded by a highly developed state, they do not, in fact, contribute to moral order.

Ummm, YOUR morality only protects humans.
You clearly have no idea what the rest of the world thinks as moral.

Well I will take a totally different appropriate over this all from anyone else. I don't believe in violence of any kind to anything. Would give up anything to save just one of those puppies but I prefer saving them all. Even my own life. Yes I am serious. I would totally die so those puppies could live. Not talking about by her throwing me in the river either. Would be well worth it. I want my life but some things are worth more than money, power, sex, or anything. This is one of them.

P.S. please do quote this.

I don't get all this rage either. No animal is more important than a human being. She wasn't particular cruel about it either (I don't have sound on so I can't tell if she's laughing or something); it just looks like a convenient way to dispose of those puppies.

That is the thing though if as human beings we all knew the truths of everything in the world most sane people would not be able to handle it. Even if there was video of it all to see. That is what scares me people don't realize how every single human being on this planet can easily do the most unspeakable thing. That includes rape. I don't care what other people say. It is true. This all interconnects and one day when we all look in the mirror we will realize it. Some people just try to deny it. Anyone is capable of anything and we all are our worst enemies.

The difference is some can keep it in check others not so much.

Raduque said it best.

Some people find cows, pigs and chickens cute. My cousin used to keep pigs as pets till she was in her late 20s. But, just because they're food animals doesn't give anybody the right to abuse them, either. See the outrage over the leaked footage of inside a slaughter house, where people were beating pigs and kicking chickens around.

People rage over animal abuse because it's completely unwarranted. Animals are innocent, they have no concept of malice (unless it's trained into them by shitty people). Humans (and probably some species of apes or monkeys) are about the only animals that kill and torture for fun, sport, or just because.

Animal and child abuse are two of the things that really get me worked up, because there's simply no justification for it at all. Nothing anybody says can make it right.

People are shit, which is why there is such a thing as child and animal abuse. I'm don't care if people (that I don't know) are being tortured, maimed, killed and then thrown into a river, because people don't deserve care. The human race as a whole, fucking sucks.

If I had to save an animal or a human I would always save the animal first. Always no questions ask. No matter if the human is 1 or 100. If I had enough time to save the human after of course I would. I don't say this lightly either. Even people I know in real life I tell them this in their face. Don't care what someone else thinks about my opinion or decisions. You can't change this.

Shooting a horse with a broken leg is killing it, but not abusing or torturing it.

Drowning puppies for no reason is abuse and torture. Intention is important, too. Intention can be the difference between a few months for manslaughter and a life sentence for premeditated.

most people don't give a shit about animals because they live in places where human life is barely regarded. so yeah, he is right...only in privileged countries like ours do we worry about how an animal is put down. i'm not saying what is right or wrong, thats just how it is.
