Twinx 3200c2 ? and 2-3-3-6-T ? What dose this mean

I just built a new system and I put in 512 MB Twinx 3200. My question is this, in the ram it?s advertised as 2-3-3-6-T. What dose this mean? I can see a section in my Abit ch7-g bios that I think pertains to this but I am not sure what # is what. I am also interested in over clocking the chip a little if possible it?s a 2.6 HT . My question is how much should I raise the voltage in ratio to how much I increase the FSB speed. I used to play with over clocking rigs about 3 years ago but so much has changed since I built my last Computer. If anyone has close to the same rig I do I would love to correspond with you . thanks

Someone give him the link to Corsairs memory review thing. Its really helpfull but unforuantly lengthly.-
