Simple: More of a good thing is desirable. You have to take into account that there is an unstated condition: That the twins are physically desirable. I don't think you'd want to get it on with, for example, two Roseannes, or two Michael Jacksons (or do you??!)
See, I think that might ruin the fluidity of the Guy/Girl/Girl threesome. I mean, think about it.
