TwinMos OC Problems

I just bought 512MB TwinMos pc3200 Winbond CH-5 dual channel ram and im having some problems getting my system stable at 11x200. Ive had the ram voltage @ 2.9v and the cpu volt @ 1.7v with default timings of 2.5-3-3-11 and im able to load windows xp fine but as soon as i run 3dmark2k3 my pc either freezes or restarts. Ive tried various tighter timings, adjusting the multiplier and increasing the cpu core voltage but i havent had any luck getitng it stable.

So far ive been through 10x200, 10.5x200, dram volt from 2.6-2.9v, cpu volts from 1.55-1.875

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

my specs are...

Abit NF7-S 2.0
AMD 1700+ DLT3C JUIHB "B" Core
TwinMos 512 pc3200 winbond CH-5

I have the exact same mobo/cpu/memory set up as you. I can run 10.5x200 @ 2.5-3-3-7 no problem whatsoever. I actually run 2 x 512mb TwinMOS with CH-5 chips.

2.8V VDimm (actual) and around 1.7VCore (Actual).

If Im honest, Id try both sticks separately. That should be able to determine whether either of the sticks is faulty or is a candidate for RMA. Any PC3200 should be stable at default voltages at 200mhz.
