TwinMOs memory Voltage setting ...

Hello all,

Just a quick one.
I still have some spontaneous reboots once in a while.
Twinmos recommends 2.7 volts setting for the mem modules.
They also mention that 2.8 is more stable.

My P4C800 (BIOS 1008) dosnt have the 2.7 or 2.8 steps... it only has the 2.75 or 2.85 steps... (starting from 2.55)
Mu question is, I set it to 2.85V now (Max setting in BIOS). Is this overkill? Will this kill my memory eventually ?

p.s. I do not OC.

Thx!
