Twin psu trigger/switch?

I've recently built up a server, 4x10k drives, 1xDVD/RW, 1xFDD, 3x120mm fans and an Nvidia 5xxx video card. It has been blowing SCA boards on the back of the drives and i traced the problem to the 12v line being overloaded from the PSU.

So, now i have a 400W ATX handling the drives and a 150" AT PSU handling the fans and video card, with the AT psu switch electrical taped to the side of the case, side panel off. The AT psu works fine, but i'm not happy with the side panel open and i wonder how long this slimline compact little AT thing will work for.

Basically, to get things all nice and properly fitted, i'm trying to track down a case switch or trigger that will let me power on a second ATX psu to allow me to replace the old AT psu. I'm guessing that such a switch would need to adapt onto the motherboard block from the ATX PSU to trip the lines. I am looking at this route as i have never been comfortable with the idea of wiring two psu's together, i need this server to be able to work safely and unattended.

The annoying thing is that i saw an aircraft style missile switch which does the very job of powering on an ATX PSU independant of the motherboard, but at the time i had no need for it, i cannot remember what it was called. Does anyone know if these things still exist or if there are any alternatives? Any help appreciated.
