I wonder if you can drive this at the VIR Ariel Atom driving experience. If so, it would be worth the $800-$1,600. Especially since you wouldn't have much to spend your money on after you are dead, so the cost is negligible.

Obviously those are much heavier cars. But yeah, I'm not sure there is such a thing as the "right" tire for a car this light, with this much power.

Right, but I'm addressing the traction issue...if you have enough grip to lift the front end, more grip is unnecessary. 😛

Put F1 wheels/tires on it, and I'd believe it could begin to approach putting that level of power down effectively. 😀

It sounds ludicrously fun, but even the stock Atom had so much power/weight that it would flail wildly pretty easily. I'd imagine that full throttle at less than 50mph on anything other than a perfect straight/perfect track is going to result in unintended lateral acceleration 😉
