With this error.....

>>>The page you were accessing requires variables to be passed to it. Errror 100 <<<

Annoying when I spend the time to post a meaningful reply, and have it nuked by something out of my control. Why and what is this error for?😕

There's a brand spanking new tecnique you can use to prevent loss of material. I'll be revealing it for the first time; before this, nobody has known of it.

Just hit the back button, copy the message, refresh the reply page, paste the message back in, & then hit reply again.

That doesnt work often for two reasons:

1. Hitting the back button will sometimes eraese the post
2. Everytime I try to simply refresh/paste/post, it tells me Im not able to. I have to cancel the post and start again. (always).

Lucky, that is the reponse I get too. I lose the message all together right after I get this error message.I have to start all over. Zuni says this is a rare occurance and I'm getting this error 1 out of 100,000 posts. Maybe, but it appears it may not be quite so rare. Just others tackle it differently. I think it is a bug. And for that, I'm sure Zuni is interested.🙂

Bah, just learn to type faster 😛

And whenever I type a longreply, I copy it before I send just beacuse I am not going to retype it.

Ive had this happen several times..usually when the server times out for whatever reason. I can usually tell when It is going to happen because it doesnt send immediately as usual. If Im quick enough I can hit the stop button, copy my reply, exit and reopen the thread and then reply by pasting. Fortunately most of my replies arent long winded. But I have had a few that I took quite a bit of time to type out to only lose it with such an event. Thems the breaks unfortunately.

I don't think this is rare as it happens to me all the time. I always copy my long PM's/posts now. It should be looked into IMO.
