Until totalnoob changes his thread title to make that known, I thought I'd potentially save others here the effort of clicking it and spending 5-8 minutes reading it before getting to the end where he says it hasn't happened yet. It's the least I can do.

EDIT: I'm not trying to thread-crap, just putting in what I consider important information missing in his thread's first post.

---

totalnoob's thread is now locked so this thread is now moot.

Yeah, actually I was really disappointed at first thinking he actually wasted 20 minutes of his life with Sheen. Thankfully it was BS. These 9/11 Truthers truly are demonstrably stupid.

I have locked the thread and placed my comment at the beginning of the post to alert others that may be fooled into wasting their time.

Would you please quote specifically whatever you were claiming is actual evidence of cellphones being able to operate at 30,000 feet back in 2001?

First it's up to you to prove the cellphone calls were made at 30,000 feet.

Hint: They weren't. Truthers are using a little slight of hand to muddy the waters, a common tactic of theirs.

No it isn't, as I did not make the 30,000 feet claim. He did, in the previous thread.

Truthers ...
Seems that name would be better applied to the supporters of the official conspiracy theory, seeing as how you all claim to know the truth of what happened.

Anyway, I chanllenge everyone here to think this though.

Then it really doesn't matter, does it?

Besides that, 30,000 feet is a little over 5-1/2 miles. Even considering triangulation from altitude I'd have a difficult time believing that a cell phone could not communicate with a cell tower at 30,000 feet, even in 2001, since GSM has a working range of @ 35km.

You challenge people to think stupid, just like the truthers.

I challenge people to wade through the bullshit and look at the actual facts. The actual facts and evidence do not support the truthers myriad and assundried claims, which even they can't come to any agreement on. Nor are the truthers in possession of any actual evidence themselves. Their entire schtick is based on obfuscation, misrepresentation, cherry-picking of statements, and a poor understanding of the sciences and physics involved. It apparent works to suck in the ignorant and paranoid though.

I am not in a postion to make a claim one way or another here, but he claimed he actual evidence, so I am curious to see it.

I was asking you to look at some facts. Can you explain how a building can fall though the path of most resistance at free fall speed short of controlled demolition?
