Our government is terrible at keeping secrets. What makes you think they could pull off something of this magnitude without at least one government official coming forward with the truth? Hell, Clinton couldn't even have sex without the entire country finding out.

He almost did. It took extraordinary efforts - a volunteer team of right-wing attorneys out to get him, a Congressional investigation, Monica saving the stained dress.

The government sometimes keeps secrets very well, and other times is terrible at it. Blowing up the buildings? I don't think there's any plausible chance keeping that secret.
