Hi, I just built a new system from scratch - an Asus A7V333, AMD XP1800, Geforce 4 TI 4400, 512mb Crucial pc2100 RAM, Enermax power supply, etc., with an Alpha PAL 8045 cooler.
I know there are many things to set - RAM settings, voltages, etc., and clock speeds for the processor. I don't know how much overclocking I would like to do (processor specific, that is), because it is my first computer, and my room is kind of hot, causing it to idle around 41c.
However, I'd like to know what kinds of tweaks or settings I can change in the BIOS, etc., to help my system run optimally. Generally, I'd like to know either specific settings to change, or where I can learn about these things.
