tweaking a Radeon LE

I just installed a new Radeon LE and successfully overclocked it to 183mhz. There is supposed to a registry fix to enable Hyper Z on Direct3D. You add three strings to the [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\ATI Technologies\Driver\0000\atidxhal] key. My problem is I don't have this key. I am using the latest driver from ATI and Win XP which both are newer than what was used where I got the info on how to do this. Does that make a difference?? How can I fix it???
