Tweaking a monitor....

Can i do it so my monitor can display 100HZ at 1024X786?
it can currently display max 85..

If its maximum refresh rate is 85Hz, then that's the maximum. The only tweaks you can really do to a monitor (without opening it up and exposing yourself to lethal amounts of power) are those with the buttons on the front of it, and with the video card software.
