Tweaking a laptop for top benchmarking...

I am using an Evo N160, 1ghz P3M, Radeon 8mb DDR, 512mb ram, and want to know the best settings for benchmarking/getting this thing to perform at the top of its class. Thank you for your responses.

In all honesty dont bother, I doubt at any resolution above 640x480 is it going to produce usable frame rate, and as its not a native size its going to look blocky. By tweaking you might get 10% extra performance but 10% of not much is still not much.
