yea, see, i just got done tweakin the modem as much as possible through windows, and this site that was tellin me how to was retarded and didnt tell me how to tweak the registry which is where all the "REAL" tweakin takes place cuz it said i might screw somethin up, but it has this software that thousands of people have used and its supposed to tweak your modem and increase speed by 200%, but the dousche bags are charging $50 for a program i have to download, i dont even get a cd for $50. plus i dont have a credit card and i cant find a warez copy anywhere. so i am either gonna have to find a way to tweak registry myself(not likely) or get someone with a credit card to buy it for me and me pay them(looks at FBOD). but if any of you know of a place to get SpeedPAK 2002 for free, please tell me, or how to tweak the registry, anything would help.
P.S. im gonna get cable modem eventually, just havent convinced parental units yet(only thing they do is e-mail).
