TWC - should I be able to get better pricing on this service?

Could anyone with similar service let me know if this statement looks appropriate or if there are some other packages I should look into. The apartment is only being used 4 - 6 weeks each year, so I'm just hoping there may be some plan that could get the price down as TWC customer service blew me off when I asked about the bill. The $23/month for box+dvr seems particularly excessive... $1,100/year for 4 cable boxes? These boxes are 5 or 6 years old.

Double billing? Surely you can find better pricing for Voip (would save on taxes also). I would recommend Callcentric or Voip.ms paired with an Obi100/110 (can be configured remotely via the Obitalk website). The only concern would be if the package price goes up too much without the phone plan.
