TVOUT Questions

Hi I just upgraded my card to a Geforce4mx420 (lol funny "upgrade" 😉 ) soley so I could watch some anime on my TV. Now I remember when I was encoding my movies that the image must be progressive (bascially deinterlace or IVTC if it was interlace) or else i'll get these horizontal lines appear.

Anyway what I'm getting on my TV is flicking on fast motion scenes... Actually not even fast just when the screen is panning it flickers or "cuts the screen" (hard to explain)

My friend has a geforce4mx440 and he doesn't get these problems (I bought mine used and it at its time cost 129 so I know the RCA isn't shoddy quality)

I remember something like Vsync or something like that (I remember a similar issue in bf1942) that limited it to 60fps....is that issue pertininent here?

Can anyone help me out? Thanks!

Well, I'm not exactly sure if this will work.. actually im not 50% sure this will work... but I've heard from many people that have TV-OUT probs that unplugging your coax cable from your tv helps a lot. Worth a try at least
