So I have an XBOX 360, a Belkin wireless router, and a laptop in my dorm room. We have suite style dorms, with a full kitchen and living room, and individual rooms for us. The living room has an ethernet port which works perfectly, and I can send stuff from my laptop in my room to my XBOX 360 over our buildings network just fine, however, we put in a wireless router in the living room because we wanted to have a music server under the couch, allow two 360s on the network, and just have wireless ability all-around.

Anyways...

I can't get the TVersity music server to show up on the XBOX 360 when my laptop is plugged into the building's LAN and the 360 is hooked up to the wireless router. I tried forwarding the ports and setting TVersity to only look for one specific IP address (the routers), but it doesn't seem to be working.

Would anyone have any suggestions at all? Thanks

Why not jsut put everything behind the router. The reason you cant see everything is the stuff behind the router is behind the firewall, and it is doing its job as designed to block unsolicited incoming traffic.
