TV2000XP problem, no FM and FM config crashes...device manager says 'No Driver Installed'

Can't figure out this issue...the TV side works fine.

For the FM, it will seek and lock on known channels, however there is no sound output. If I go to CONFIGURATION it locks up.

In Device Manager it states No Driver Installed and there is a problem.

For my system:

TUV4X (VIA Apollo Pro 133 / 694T chipset)

Sharing is AGP/Slot 4, Slot 1/5, Slot 2/6, Slot 3/USB

I have:
AGP: RADEON 8500 128MB
1: EMPTY
2: Adaptec 3950U2B
3: MX300
4: EMPTY
5: TV2000XP

should be no IRQ conflicts....

XP Pro, ACPI
