TV Wonder VE problems

I recently installed a new PSU(Antec TruePower 430) and after I had it up and running I tried watching tv using my ATI TV Wonder VE. However, all I got was a blue screen inside the tv window. I tried purging and then reinstalling the drivers/software but to no avail. Also, I moved the VE to a different PCI slot but it still didn't help. It couldn't find any channels when it tried to autoscan, nothing. No audio either. Would the PSU have messed everything up? Bad cable? Does anybody have any suggestions or do I have to reinstall Windows? BTW, I'm using a GeForce3.

-Thanks!

If you tried uninstalling it and all the stuff for it under sound video and game controllers. Check that the correct input is selected for the video card.

Thanks for the suggestions but I checked and it's set on "tv tuner". I tried installing the 7.6 beta and even then I'm getting a blue screen in the window. I really don't get it - is the card busted? Would changing the power supply unit fry it? I switched off everything and waited until I took the psu out.

When you installed the beta go to device manager and see if there's any unknown devices. If you did that already and everythings installed hen try dscaler. I was using that when I had my tv tuner installed.
