tv wonder se VS the tv wonder with video capture?

At all the online stores the tv wonder VE is about 45 dollars then they all have a tv wonder with video captue for 65 dollars.
Does anyone really know what the difference with the 2 card are? I suppose you can do video capture with the VE as well?
What makes one worth 45.00 and one worth 65.00?

At the bottom of this page: http://www.ati.com/na/pages/products/pc/tv_wonder_ve/index.html there is a chart comparing the 2 models.

The only difference on that chart is the VE has no s-video input and only receives a mono audio signal.
They both do video capture in MPEG1 and 2.
