I'm currently using an ATI TV Wonder PCI, Windows 2000 SP1 and ATI's beta TV Wonder driver set. In the readme, it is documented that the video capture feature of the driver set will cause the computer to crash after 45 seconds. I have tested this feature thoroughly and it seems to work...in fact, I left it on record over night and I got it going for 6 hours straight perfectly stable. Just wondering if this is common or if it is a rare case? I didn't do anything special with the drivers. Just installed them and tried it out. Can't get MPEG2 recording to work though.
Here are my system specs FYI:
Celeron II 566 -> 952MHz
512Meg PC133 RAM
Asus CUV4X with Via 4.28 drivers
13 gig WD 7200RPM
ATI Radeon LE with 3124 drivers
ATI TV Wonder PCI
SB Live Value
DVD + CDRW
