Tv Wonder (not VE)-No stereo using coaxil?

My tv wonder doesnt allow me to pick stereo using the coaxil input but if i use the composite it allows stereo. in both cases i cant change the setting either. im using the latest drivers and software,dx8 and the video update for it.
