TV Wonder has scrambled vid in WinXP

I just upgraded to winxp and everything works great (or at least good) except for my tvwonder. I get scrambled video. Does anyone know the correct way to install this? Should I do a clean install of XP? I tried running the tv tuner in win2k compatability mode and it still didn't work. Please help. Thanks
