TV Wonder - Digital VCR

I just purchased ATI TV wonder recently, and after formatting my drive and did a clean installation of OS several times, now I encounter a different problem. When I use Digital VCR, it only captures video, no audio. The picture is super smooth, but no sound. Can anyone tell me what I did wrong? thanks.

Are you getting sound at all throught the TV Wonder? If not, check your volume control and make sure that LINE IN is not muted and make sure the audio cable is plugged in correctly.

Yeah, i'm getting sound when watching tv... but just no sound when recording..

well.. check to see where the audio comes from during record (video setup).. I bet its that.. also while recording, double check on the volume for mute.

because it works fine for me.

One problem: when I juse VCR-1 Quality recording in the advanced customized setting, I can pick the audio quality and stuff, but once I switch to MPEG-1 recording, the audio box is grayed out and can't touch it.. what's wrong?
