I need one capable of ignoring Macrovision protection from VHS streams. I have a number of Video tapes from my little brothers High School football games that I want to put on DVD. My ATi AIW card refuses to record them because it thinks they are Macrovision protected.
So, does anyone have any experience with the Hauppauge or Pinnacle products that can ignore/bypass Macrovision on incoming video feed? Any other brand?
