tv turner help/advice

hi guys,
I'm looking to buy a tv turner solely for the purpose of watching analog cable tv on desktop monitor.
I'm looking for a card that has excellent picture quality, dont need any fancy recording capabilties.
Also, how much should I expect to pay for such a card? Really have no clue on tv turners at all.

And someone might recommend the Leadtek 2000XP, but I had one once, and wasn't too happy with it.

The ATI TV Wonder Elite got high praise in a review AT did a few months ago.

Might wanna check it out.

Any of the Theater 550 based cards, like Saphire's Theatrix 550, will be the same video quality but at a much lower price as the ATi card.
