I know there are 3 other posts about TV tuners but none of the posts satisfy my needs 
1. Which TV tuners have hardware encoding for Mpeg2 (eg.WinTV-PVR) (not crucial eg. Studio PCTV PRO from Pinnacle)
2. Are there any confilics with the ASUS motherboards and GeForce 2 cards?
3. What inputs do those cards have (s-vid, composite etc.)
4. Internal card of external box?
5. W2K support? Linux support or Bt848 chipset? Any known problems? Any good features close to AiW Redeon from ATI?
I am not a professional/hardcore video editor, but since most of my family doesn't live in the same country, i always compile video CD's and send them over. I have AiW (the first one 4mb) which does only AVI at extremely small sized window. My PC is an AMD 1G (not overclocked) with an ATA100 7200 RPM harddrives, 512MB PC133 RAM (soon to be 512 PC1600 once the new ASUS card comes out), GeForce 2 32DDR card. Its all packed into my 300W full tower case.
