TV Tuners, Need Suggestions Please...

I am writing to get some opinions on TV Tuners. I am looking for one to just mainly watch TV on my PC while I surf the net and work. I am just mainly concerned in picture quality and I am not real concerned with recording and stuff like that. I know that there are a lot of ones out there but I heard that some are crap?? I am possibly looking into getting the WinTV-Theater by Hauppaugue... Anyone know if this is any good and how is the picture? What about any other tuners, anyone had any good/bad experiences with them? Thanks!
 
I've seen the ATi TV Wonder in use and it looks great. It has great recording abilities, but you don't really care about that. Three of my friends run one of these cards, and everything has gone smoothly with the installations/usage. I plan on purchasing one as well, I feel it's a very good card.

I like the ATI cards too. I have a radeon AIW and I love the recording feature and the TVguide feature. I am not sure if the TVwonder has it,but I am pretty sure it does.
