I just discovered that ATI has 64bit drivers for the Theater 500 Pro chipsets.
Not only are they for ATI brand tv tuners, but also for other brands using the Theater 500 Pro chips.

Now, we can have analog standard TV and digital HD TV on the Windows x64 box. For standard NSTC tv tuners, we have some Hauppauge PVR 15O (search around for betas) and now any brand using the ATI Theater 500 Pro based tuners.
For digital ATSC HD, we have Dvico's FusionHDTV 5 tuners with 64bit drivers downloadable from Dvico's website.
