I want to hook up my playstation 2 to my monitor.
What is the best solution for this?
Does anyone know of a vga to tv converter that would work well for this situation?

Also does anyone have any experience with tv tuner cards. From my past experience, most cards can only display the signal in a small window and then bleeds the colors at full screen.

Can anyone help?

 
Many TV tuner cards have video inputs for hooking up with VCRs, video game systems or other things... just get one with video input and you should be able to hook up your PS without a problem...

As with the color issue, that really depends on the TV tuner card... I have seen some TV tuner cards with quality that is comparable with real TVs even at full screen... However most cheap ones trade off picture quality for window size...
