Ok, I am just looking for a card I can put into my new computer so I can watch TV on my 19" monitor! I would like to be able to record shows if possible but that is just a luxury option I won't be using much. I just want a card that will give me pretty good picture quality when watching TV. Which card or cards should I be looking at? I am already going to have the x800XL I just need a PCI tuner I am just wondering which one will give me decent picture quality at an affordable price.

What do you guys think about this one?

look at the Leadtek ones... i think its the TV 2000XP/EXPERT tv tuner... about $45.

Edit: However, the KWORLD one you mentioned looks really good.
