TV Tuner with windows 2000?

I'm lookin to get a TV tuner card. But i know that there is compatibility issues with windows 2000. Can anyone suggest a card that will work?

I recommend a Hauppauge WinTV card (any model) + Dscaler + WinDVR. WinDVR is only needed for MPEG2 recording and timeshifting etc, so if all you want to do is watch TV, then it will only cost you about $25
