I have an ATI TV Tuner and I can't get it to work at all. I tried installing the drivers separately and then the progams. It is installed properly but i don't know why i can't get the setup to work right. When I can get it set up I try and run the TV and the intro screen comes up and nothing happens. Also, when I have installed the drivers, windows still detects the TV tuner as a new hardware device. Here is my computer.
