I have always wanted to get a tv tuner, but I just can't find any info on them. All Tuners are definitely not equal, so, is there a place that does comparisons so that I might get an idea of the quality for each tuner?

Now, if they are pretty much the same, where can I find a good cheap one that is compatible with linux.
