Is there a TV tuner out there where to get audio I don't need to feed the line out on the tuner card into the line in on my Sound Card? That creates a lot of distortion and bad sound on my PC.

Is there one where the audio goes through PCI and I don't need connect it to LINE IN on my sound card?

I have a Haupagge WinTV PCI from about 1998 and would like something better.

I know you can do this with the DVico FusionHDTV series...
