For people with tv tuners... is there anyway to stream the video to another computer over your network? Kinda like mp3 streaming, but for video?

It'd be curious to see if that's possible.
 
Yeah, my guess would be run it on the one computer, then use netmeeting or application sharing to share the tv app.
