Tv Tuner Problem

Hi,

i have two tv tuners, Intex & tech com.
i upgraded my PC to -
2.80Ghz Pentium D
Intel 945GCNL Mother board
1 GB DDR2 RAM
80 GB SATA - Western Digital
40 GB SATA - Western Digital
80 GB SATA - Seagate
Sony DVD Writer
Sony CD Writer

ever since this upgrade, the tv tuners dont work
they install fine, but when i run the TVR software, the PC freezes.
in safe mode, the TVR program runs, but gives some error messages.

Also, when the PC freezes, there seems to be some little squeaky noise coming from the motherboard speaker.

i tried disabling the on boad audio to check, but then the PC got hung on the Black windows XP startup screen and the same squeaky sound came..

any ideas??

now this weird, i installed a LAN card, but the moment i plugged in the LAN Cable. the PC got hung again!

is their a problem with the PCI slots?

the mobo is abt 2 weeks old!!!
