TV tuner or stick to the all-in-wonder?

I want to build a HTPC in the near future, and using my X800XL all-in-wonder is a hastle. The drivers seriously SUCK! I can't even get it to do what I want. I tried to output to my HDTV and instead of full screen it stretches it. Whatever! So does Nvidia do TV tuners? or should I just buy a TV tuner card? I would be recording HD or SD videos from cable and replay them on my TV.

Text might be able to bypass ati's software with it. i say might b/c i dont know too much about it myself
