TV Tuner Hardware question

I'm looking for a small device with a built in TV tuner that converts the TV signal and outputs as component or S-video. The output would go into my LCD projector, which as you might have figured out, I want to watch TV on. I can buy a VCR or a Tivo, but I wonder if there's a simpler device to serve just the purpose of decoding the TV signal. Thanks!

Thanks for the suggestion, but I want a standalone device. I don't have a computer in my living room where my projector is.

Thanks, something like that is what I'm looking for. Unfortunately, that model seems to be too expensive for my budget.

You can get a refurb NextVision N4 for $59 (plus shipping) and a new one from MWave for $89. How low were you hoping to go?
