I'm not sure if you guys needed all that, but it's relevent, right?
Anyway my question is what TV tuner do you guys recommend? I am using XP but will sometime in the next year upgrade(?) to Vista Home Premium, so it will need to support that and XP Pro. This is just to have open in the corner of my screen while doing other things, and the occasional movie watching in bed with the girl. So it needs to look good, but it doesn't have to be great. I also don't want to spend much more than $100.
