TV Tuner, DVD, Capture Card

What's the best combo TVTuner, DVD, Capture Card if such a thing exists?

I would say ATI. I have the ATI AIW 7500 and it does what I need it to do. Very good quality 2d and decent (but not the fastest) 3d. Captures in mpeg2 with onboard hardware. They make just turner cards, but I never delt with them.

Hauppage also makes capture cards, but I did'nt have too good of luck with them. It was just one of their cheap models though.
