TV Tuner doesn't like video card

My TV Tuner card (LeadTek Winfast 2000XP) is having difficulty coexisting with my second video card (S3 Trio 64V). The problems only happen when the TV software is playing. Bad things start to happen after a minute or so of TV play. An explorer.exe crash usually or my wallpaper will dissapear and an Active Desktop recovery screen will come up. Soon afterwards, I get a BSOD. The error refers to win32k.sys and the error message is "Page Fault in Non-Paged area." I just checked my memory with memtest86, no errors. My virtual memory has min and max set to same size, 768MB.

I know the TV Tuner card itself is not bad since I left the channel display open for several hours (with the video card out of the system). Drivers and TV tuner software are upgraded to latest. The video card is old and does not have anymore updates available. TV card is plugged into the fourth PCI slot from bottom; video card, second. In device manager, the TV tuner has four components: Audio Capture, Video Capture, TV Tuner, and Crossbar. Only Audio & Video capture have IRQs listed -- both set to IRQ 5. The S3 video card does not have IRQ listed. My main Matrox G550 video card (AGP slot) is using IRQ 10.

Please see my system specs below. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

since you have a G550 as your main video card, why not view TV with that? Did you try that?
