Can anyone explain to me what would cause the price difference between the ati tv wonder ($70) and the hauppauge Win-Tv PVR ($250). Would the price difference be caused by expensive software and extra accessories (such as a remote controll), or is it that the hauppage would give much better results?
I'll be using the card for capturing/editing home videos, recording tv shows, etc. I'm also more interested in picture quality than in accessories.
