TV tuner cards...

I've been a big fan of Nvidia for a long time. I've never went wrong with any of their products. So of course the first place I look for a TV tuner is with them.

The NVIDIA NVTV appears to be in the new OEM Media Center 05 computers but I am having a hard time finding it Retail/OEM purchasable for just the PCI card.

So my question is this: What is a high quality/cost TV tuner card that will be compatible with the specs below?

I run the following:

XP pro
Amd 64 3200+
Asus K8N-E deluxe (Nforce 3)
eVGA -6800GT
WD Raptor2 74GB (10k RPM) SATA
Corsair XMS PC3200 dual Channel 512X2

Current no sound card... using the Nforce 3 chipset.

The best TV Tuner? It's either the Hauppauge PVR-250 or PVR-350, depending on if you want hardware accelerated decoding or not.

Thanks,

Anyone else have any other suggestions.

I am looking for best Cost/Quality.

I've never owned a TV tuner card so I've no idea what to look for.

I'm keen on the ATI Theater 550 Pro based cards like the Sapphire Theatrix which are due very soon. They should be better than the Philips/Conexant clones and cost around the same. If I had to get one immediately though it would prolly be the PVR-250 (or maybe the AVerMedia M150 which seems the same but only costs $60 instead of $100). The 350 is useless for all but the oldest systems.
