TV tuner card.

Can anyone suggest a cheap TV tuner card that will work in CANADA. I am not sure what kind of sytem they have in CANADA (PAL/ NTSC).

Canada uses NTSC.

Since ATI is in Canada, why not pick up one of their cards, like the ATI TV Wonder?
Or some Hauppauge WinTV.

ati's tv wonder is pretty good for about $60 US, i personally have the TV Wonder VE, which has no S-video in, but is $20 cheaper.

why would you need a S-video in if you connect to clable or satelite dish?
