TV Tuner card?

Hi,
I'm looking to buy a TV Tuner card for my PC... however I don't really know anything about them 😛 I've looked through the specs for several, and for the price, this one looks the best: http://www.msicomputer.com/product/p_spec.asp?model=Theater_550PRO&class=vga

Is this a good brand/card? Are there any you reccomend? Is there anything I should really know about TV Tuners? Any info is appreciated!! Thanks 🙂

if you want to step it up and are willing to pay $100, the tv wonder elite has the best image quality among tv tuners.

hmm... I'll consider that, though I'd like to keep it under $100 if possible- right now I can get that Theater 550 for $108 (including tax and everything).

u can't go wrong with the ATI Theatre 550 chipset, I personally love my Powercolor Theatre 550 PCIex1 tuner.

The card he picked has the ATI Theater 550 Pro chipset, so it will have the same image quality. The difference between the MSI one and the ATI one is software, and the ATI version has a much better remote.

I have two of the MSI cards and they are great.

I have two of the MSI cards and they are great.
