I have a Radeon 9600XT card running dual monitors. I am currently in the market for a tv tuner card, unfourtunatly i don't really know much about them at all. I want to watch tv on my monitor, maybe plug a console into it, and also having some PVR functions would be a plus. Can anyone steer me the right way?
