TV Tuner Card w/ Coax?

I'm looking for a cheap TV Tuner card that will allow my to hook up my coaxial cable to my computer so I can watch TV on it. I found this card, but since I don't know much about video, I can't really figure out if there's a coax input.

Does it have one? Do you have suggestions for a different, cheap card that would do what I need?

I'd be shocked if you could find a TV tuner card that didn't have a coax input.

EDIT: Yes, it does have a coax input.

I kinda thought they should, I mean, it would be pretty useless not to have one.
