I obtained an older Hauppauge! tuner card that I threw in... got all the software working and stuff, but is there anyway to get rid of the annoying horizontal scan lines during fast motion 😵?
 
You need a deinterlacer. The TV software that came with it should be deinterlacing? I had this problem once even though my TV program was supposed to deinterlace, and installing the latest drivers helped. I had a GeForce 6800 card.
